  • Mimico 20/20 - Secondary Plan goes to EYCC

    After 7 years of planning and consultation, the Secondary Plan for the Mimico-by-the-Lake Project 20/20 will go in front of Etobicoke York Community Council on Tuesday April 9, 2013. This may be last opportunity for the public to comment on this Secondary Plan. 
     There is a fair amount of Mimico 20/20 background via the Mimico Lakeshore Network and CCFEW websites, going back to 2006; and the official Mimico 20/20 page on the City of Toronto website has much information on the plan, including links to the consultant reports about infrastructure, heritage, transportation, energy, etc.
     You can view the Urban Strategies final report (PDF,8-MB) via the City's website. 
     
     The public meeting will be held at Etobicoke Civic Centre, 399 The West Mall (at Burnhamthorpe Rd), at 7:00pm in the Council Chamber.
